Pork Sheet Pan Dinner

One search on Pinterest and you will find a TON of sheet pan dinners. This is one of our favorites. Its super quick and uses minimal ingredients. Not only are there minimal ingredients, but minimal processing. For super convenience, we get washed organic potatoes that are ready to go. Same with the beans. Voila! Easy dinner. 







3 T Olive Oil

3lb small potatoes*

1lb green beans (ends trimmed if needed)

2lb boneless pork chops*


Seasoning Blend (we used a spicy grilling blend)

*if you use thinner pork chops they will cook quicker and you'll want to cut your potatoes to smaller chunks



Preheat oven to 425*

Grease 2 small sheet pans (or 1 large) 

Add olive oil to a large bowl

Add potatoes to the olive oil and coat the potatoes. Remove potatoes and place half on one section of one pan and the other half on the other pan. 

Add green beans to the olive oil and coat the beans. Remove beans and place half on one section of one pan and the other half on the other pan. 

Use the remaining oil to coat the pork chops and place them evenly on each pan.

Sprinkle salt, pepper, and seasoning on the meat and veggies

Cook in the 425* oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the pork reaches a minimal internal temperature of 145*
