Who loves pancakes? Actually, the question should be, who doesn't love pancakes? They're super yummy and easy to make. I typically have to divide the batter and make some plain, some with chocolate chips, and some with blueberries. Its an wasy way to make everyone happy. 


Pancake Recipe (to make them "clean" use organic ingredients and substitute maple syrup for the sugar)


1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon white sugar

1 1/4 cups milk

1 egg

3 tablespoons butter, melted

Mix it all up. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or skillet over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. When they bubble flip ‘em over. They’re done when they are golden brown.
